ABOUT

​I am currently a senior student attending The Pennsylvania State University, majoring Hospitality Management and working at The Penn Stater Conference Center as a dinning room attendant.

​Born in China but raised in Ecuador. Cultural difference made who I am today, a  NO PICKY FOODIE.

Yes! I love food! once in a while my dream was to become a chef and own a high end restaurant located at upper east side of Manhattan, but all of that is only illusions that a teenager was day dreaming at that moment. 

Now this guy only wants to enjoy food at it is and exploring different restaurants at different locations.

Living in a small town like State College really limits the availability of seeking new restaurants day by day. So I have a plan! Why don't I replicate those fancy restaurant dishes as effortless as I can? Eating fancy doesn't mean that I have to pay a lot and waste tons of time doing it. I am a lazy guy who really want things to come to my mouth as quick as possible, hopefully you too. Being lazy is not a sin! Is just a lifestyle that will lead into efficiency.

The purpose of this website is to teach you guys how to cook with efficiency, and how to recreate dishes as fancy as you can imagine, but with a twist of laziness. 

​

​Just remember, if you can skip steps if it means efficiency, then just do it!
